I hereby release 15044642 Canada Association (also known as ENMAX Alumni Group and E Alumni Group), its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, agents and affiliates (the “Group”) from all present and future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation or involvement in any and all activities hosted by the Group. I acknowledge that agreeing to this waiver of liability is required as a condition to my participation or involvement in any and all activities hosted by the Group.

I understand and am aware that my participation/involvement with the Group may involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which may cause injury. Such risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others who are also participating/involved, weather conditions, or the negligence of the Group.

I VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS THAT MAY OCCUR PURSUANT TO MY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING THE RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE GROUP OR OTHERWISE.

I represent that, to my knowledge, I am in good health and suffer no physical impairment that would or should prevent my participation/involvement with the Group and that I have informed myself about the activities and the risks, dangers and hazards that may be involved.I understand that this document is a contract that grants certain rights to and eliminates the liability of the Group.

I have fully read and understand the provisions set out herein and I voluntarily agree that the Group is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising out of my participation/involvement.

Given the foregoing, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Group harmless from all claims,losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising out of my participation/involvement with the Group.

I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the city and province in which the Group operates and agree that if any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
