The Youth Culinary Arts Program (YCAP) Market

Please come to our Mediterranean Feast and socialize with your ENMAX alumni friends.

The lunch will be held on October 16^th, at the YCAP Market which is located at 1008 14 St. S.E. (ample free parking will be available)

Start Time: 11:30 AM

Menu items include a choice of 2 souvlaki skewers (chicken, beef, pork, or vegetable) Greek salad, rice pilaf, roasted vegetables, pita and tzatziki, desserts & coffee service.

Cost is $30 (this includes GST)

Information about YCAP Market:

It is a unique culinary teaching program from Hull’s Wood Homes.

The Youth Culinary Arts Program (YCAP) Market features food and products made by clients who are learning to cook and prepare homemade quality meals under the guidance of Red Seal chefs. Clients typically come from challenging backgrounds and are learning important life and employment skills.

There is also a small market where they sell products like soups, prepared meals and sauces made by the students.
